一、用途及工作原理
I. Purpose and Working Principle
NZS中心傳動式耙式濃縮機是選礦廠采用濕式選礦的選后產品(礦漿)進行脫水的一種設備,其一般由濃縮池(鋼質或水泥制成)和機械刮泥耙組成。進入濃縮池的礦漿其固體礦粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底,實現固液分離,沉積于底池的礦泥被刮泥耙連續不斷地刮集到中心排礦口排出,而澄清水由池邊溢流口溢出,達到脫水濃縮的目的。
Rake type center driving laboratory thickening equipment model NZS which is designed for dehydration of products (ore slurry) after wet type ore separation is composed of thickening tank (made of steel or cement) and mechanical scraper rake. The solid ore grains in the slurry inside thickening tank sedimentate on the tank bottom under gravity. In this way, solid-liquid separation is realized. The sludge deposit on tank bottom will be continuously scraped by scraper rake to central discharge port at which it is discharged. And then, clear water will flow out from overflow port at the tank. At this point, dehydration and thickening is realized.

III. Transmission Process and Structure
NZS中心傳動式濃縮機由濃縮池、耙架、減速裝置、提耙裝置、欄桿、天橋、進料槽等組成。
Center driving thickening machine model NZS is composed of thickening tank, rake holder, reduction gear, rake lifting device, railing, bridge and feed chute etc.
其傳動過程如下:電動機通過彈性聯軸器帶動減速機的高速軸動動,減速機的低速軸通過一對齒輪付帶動蝸輪箱內的蝸桿轉動,蝸桿帶動大蝸輪轉動,大蝸輪則帶動主軸和耙架轉動,從而實現沉降礦粒被刮集到排礦石漏斗。
Transmission process: the motor drives the high-speed shaft of speed reducer to operate through flexible coupling; the low-speed shaft of reducer drives the worm inside worm gear case through a pair of gears; the worm drives the big worm wheel which will then drive the spindle and rake holder so as to scrape the ore grains to discharge hopper.
轉動提耙手輪,可以提升或下降耙架,當濃縮池內沉降的礦粒過厚埋住耙架而超載時,應轉動提耙手輪,將耙架從礦粒層中提起,載荷減輕后,又將耙架下降到工作位置,主軸裝于大蝸輪中心孔內,能上下滑動,靠導向平鍵將扭轉力傳給主軸。
Rotate the hand wheel for rake lifting to lift or lower the rake holder. In case the excessively thick layer of ore grains inside thickening tank cover the holder and thus lead to over-load, the hand wheel shall be rotated so as to lift the holder from the layer of ore grains. The holder shall be then lowered to operating position after the load is reduced. The spindle that is mounted inside the central bore of big worm wheel can slide up and down, transmitting the twisting force to spindle through feather key.
天橋部件一般由槽鋼或工字鋼焊成,其上裝有欄桿和傳動機構,整個天橋要和濃縮池用螺栓連接。
Bridge components that are generally fabricated of welded channel steel or H-section steel are provided with railing and transmission mechanism. The entire bridge shall be connected to thickening tank with bolts.
濃縮池是礦漿沉降的容槽, NZS-1.8、NZS-3.6濃縮機其濃縮池為鋼板板制成,連同溢流口,由我廠供給,即NZS-6,NZS-9, NZS-12 的濃縮池則為鋼筋混凝土制成,連同溢流口由用戶自行設計旋工。
Thickening tank is a container tank for slurry deposition. Thickening tanks of thickening equipment models NZS-1.8 and NZS-3.6 are made of steel plate. We supply both thickening tank and overflow port. Thickening tanks of models NZS-6, NZS-9 and NZS-12 are fabricated from reinforced concrete. Users shall design the rotation engineering of overflow port by themselves.
