SK2 Tubular Electric Resistance Furnace can be provided for labs of institutions of higher learning, mine, factory, medical institutions and other organizations to make heating in chemical analysis, physical determination and thermocouple calibration. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

一、用途

I. Purpose

本系列管式電阻爐為實驗電爐，在使用時與相應的熱電偶和溫度控制臺配套，能在額定溫度范圍內自動測溫、控溫進行工作。適用于大專院校、科研單位、工礦企業的實驗室作分析、測定及熱電偶檢定等加熱用。

As an experimental electric furnace, this tubular resistance furnace is used with corresponding thermocouple and temperature control panel to perform automatic temperature measurement and control within rated temperature range. This equipment is designed for heating for laboratory analysis, determination and thermocouple calibration in universities and colleges, scientific research institutions and industrial & mining enterprises.

二、結構

II. Structure

爐體由鋼板卷成。爐膛為氧化鋁耐火材料制成。爐膛與爐體之間砌筑輕質異形泡沫磚和充填酸鋁纖維。1000℃ 和1200℃的電爐加熱元件均用鐵絡鋁絲。1300℃的電爐加熱元件用硅碳棒。

Furnace body is made of rolled steel. Hearth is made of alumina refractory. Between the hearth and body is light-weight special-shaped bubble brick and aluminum silicate fiber. Heating elements rated at 1000 ℃ and 1200℃ are made of iron-retention aluminum wire. Heating element rated at 1300℃ is made of silicon-carbon rod.
