I. Purpose and Feature

本機(jī)適用于建筑科研和生產(chǎn)部門混凝土試驗(yàn)室，可攪拌普通混凝土和輕質(zhì)混凝土。本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，參入防凍劑混合勻稱攪拌時(shí)間短，殘留量少，質(zhì)量好，操作方便，能保證每盤混凝土配合比的準(zhǔn)確，清洗方便，是一種新型試驗(yàn)室用攪拌設(shè)備。

This machine is applicable for concrete laboratories of architectural research and production sectors and is used to mix ordinary concrete and lightweight concrete. This machine with a simple structure features uniform mixing of anti freezing agent, short mixing duration, small residue, high quality and convenient operation and can ensure the correct concrete mix ratio. This machine is a new style easy-to-clean stirring device for laboratory.

本機(jī)是旋轉(zhuǎn)強(qiáng)制式混凝土攪拌機(jī)，由傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和手動(dòng)出料操縱機(jī)構(gòu)組成，本機(jī)采用蝸輪減速器，機(jī)架是本機(jī)的支承部件由槽鋼、角鋼和加工焊接而成，攪拌裝置由旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌器組成，兩者均通過羅栓連接在攪拌裝置上固定板上，旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌器由滾動(dòng)軸承和旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌葉片等組成，各攪拌葉與攪拌筒壁的間隙，均可進(jìn)行調(diào)整，整個(gè)攪拌裝置通過銷軸固定在機(jī)架上，可以翻轉(zhuǎn)該機(jī)的攪拌裝置，采用浮選形式。這樣就可以避免攪拌過程中攪拌葉片的卡石子現(xiàn)象。傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)由電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器和連接盤等構(gòu)成，手動(dòng)出料操縱系統(tǒng)由托盤架和操縱桿組成。

This machine is a forced rotary concrete mixer composed of transmission system and manual discharge control mechanism. It is provided with a worm reducer. As the supporting part of this machine, the frame is fabricated and welded of channel steel and angle steel. Stirring device is composed of rotary stirrers. Both of them are connected to the fixing plate of stirring device through bolts. Rotary stirrer is composed of rolling bearing and stirring blade etc. The clearance between stirring blade and cylinder wall is adjustable. The entire stirring device is fixed to the frame through pin shaft, with which the stirring device can be reversed for floatation. In this way, the gravel blockage at stirring blade that may occur during mixing can be avoided. The transmission system is composed of motor, reducer and connection plate etc. Manual discharge control system is composed of tray rack and control bar.

四、使用保養(yǎng)

IV. Operation and Maintenance

使用前先將機(jī)器放置平衡、電機(jī)接上地線。

Place the machine at a balanced place and connect the motor to ground wire.

使用前的準(zhǔn)備和檢查。

Preparation and inspection before operation

預(yù)先稱好的所有混凝土物料加入筒內(nèi)，然后開動(dòng)機(jī)器干攪拌一分鐘左右，再加入水繼續(xù)進(jìn)行攪拌。

Put all pre-weighed concrete material into cylinder and turn on the machine for drying mixing of about 1 minute. And then add some water and continue the mixing.

攪拌均勻后，搬動(dòng)出料手柄，拌好的混凝土物料即可倒出，出料的正轉(zhuǎn)反轉(zhuǎn)均可。

攪拌機(jī)使用后，把攪拌筒和攪拌裝置放到工作位置，在筒內(nèi)倒入適量水，把攪拌裝置和攪拌筒清洗干凈，同時(shí)要將機(jī)器其它部分的混凝土清洗干凈，以避免殘余混凝土粘接在機(jī)器上。

After the operation of mixer, operator shall put the cylinder and stirring device in working position and fill the cylinder with the right amount of water. Wash the stirring device and cylinder while removing the concrete from other parts of the machine so as to prevent the residual concrete sticking to the machine.

攪拌機(jī)經(jīng)長(zhǎng)期使用后，攪拌葉片和攪拌筒底磨損要使各攪拌葉片與筒底的間隙要增大，當(dāng)間隙增加到4毫米時(shí)要及時(shí)調(diào)整。

The clearance between stirring blade and cylinder bottom will increase due to the wear of stirring blade and cylinder bottom during long term of operation. Adjustment shall be performed in case the clearance reaches 4mm.

減速箱的潤(rùn)滑油是30號(hào)機(jī)油，使用累計(jì)一年后，（則要更換，潤(rùn)滑油保證在箱內(nèi)上下刻度線之內(nèi)，減速箱頂部輸出軸旁邊）的注油機(jī)，每使用三個(gè)月注適量潤(rùn)滑油脂。

30# machine oil shall be used for reduction gearbox and shall be changed when the actual operation time reaches one year. The oil level shall be between upper and lower scale marks inside the tank. Appropriate amount of lubricating grease shall be applied to the oiling device beside the top output shaft of reduction gearbox every three months.

注：使用前必須加入足夠的30#機(jī)油，否則會(huì)造成機(jī)器損壞。

Note: sufficient 30# oil machine shall be added before the operation, or the damage to machine may occur.
