鏈篦機 Chain Grate

我廠生產的鏈篦機系鏈篦機-回轉窯球團法球團生產工藝的專用履帶式傳熱設備，其作用是將生球依次經過鼓風干燥段、抽風干燥段、預熱Ⅰ段、預熱Ⅱ段四個工藝段，從而完成脫水、預熱、氧化作用，達到滿足入回轉窯的生球強度的要求，經鏟料板鏟下送入回轉窯中。

The chain grates manufactured by our factory are special crawler-type heat-transfer equipment employing pelletizing technique of grate-kiln pelletizing method. Their functions are to get fresh pallet through four processes, namely air blowing drying section, down-draft drying section, preheating section I, and preheating section II, so as to finish dewatering, preheating, and oxidation as well as meet the requirements of green pellet strength entering rotary kiln. The pallets are transferred to the rotary kiln through the spading plate.
