二、工作原理
II. Work Principle
主要是靠沖擊作用來破碎物料的。破碎過程大致是這樣的,物料進入破碎機中,遭受到高速回轉的錘頭的沖擊而破碎,破碎了的物料,從錘頭處獲得動能,從高速沖向架體內擋板,篩條,與此同時物料相互撞擊,遭到多次破碎,小于篩條之間隙的物料,從間隙中排出,個別較大的物料,在篩條上再次經錘頭的沖擊,研磨,擠壓而破碎,物料被錘頭從間隙中擠出。從而獲得所需粒度的產品。
Hammer crushers crush materials through impact. The crushing process is: When the materials get into the crushers, they crumble after impacted by the rapidly rotating hammer; the crumbled materials then gain kinetic energy from the hammer and run towards the baffle and grate bar at a high speed; at the same time, the materials crash into each other and are crumbled for many times; materials which are narrower than the gap between grate bars get out from the gap while larger materials crumble after impacted, grinded, and extruded once again on the grate bar before they are squeezed out from the gap by the hammer, so as to get products of needed particle size.
錘式破碎機分可逆式和不可逆式兩種,可逆式錘式破碎機的轉子可逆,一般用于細碎;不可逆式錘式破碎機的轉子不可逆,一般用于中碎。
Hammer crushers are divided into reversible ones and non-reversible ones. The rotors of reversible hammer crushers are reversible. Such hammer crushers are normally used for fine crushing. The rotors of non-reversible hammer crushers are non-reversible. Such hammer crushers are normally used for intermediate crushing.

主要由架體、轉子、篩條,打擊板和調整裝置等組成。
